SuperFaktura is nowadays very popular online economic application that is favored by small and medium businesses. How did it all start?
SuperFaktura's story dates all the way back to 2009 when Marek and Maroš have started a web agency. As the number of clients increased, their business administration and invoicing, price estimates in particular, had become extremely time-consuming. Marek had often wasted more than half a day just with Excel, internet banking and paperwork instead of actual creative work. There were often errors due to lack of proper organization (Did this client already pay? Did we send this one a reminder? I changed your past invoice! I hate Excel!). It was time for a change…
We looked at all the available business administration and accounting programs, and tried most of them. However, this made us even more frustrated. Why do they all have to be so complicated? Why do we have to go through 4 different screens just to create a single invoice? Why doesn't it work on my Mac? Why do I need all these complex terms and features that I will never use? All these "solutions" created more problems than they solved…
We realized that the only way to solve this is to create our own system. Hence, we started working on it at the beginning of 2011 and by April we already had a working beta version. Our breakthrough occured on July 18th 2011, when we officially launched SuperFaktura and it instantly got 50 fans who have participated in the beta test. In its early stages it was only a simple invoice creation and management tool. Ever since then, we have been continously improving and adding new features based on user feedback every week. Today SuperFaktura is no longer just about invoices. Now it also includes numerous tools and features that significantly improve productivity and comfort of its users and their clients.
Soon after the online launch, the number of active users started to rapidly grow. We realized that we were not the only ones who suffered from the lack of good simple accounting software that would allow us to focus on important matters. After its first year, more than 2000 entrepreneurs and companies have already used SuperFaktura, and issued invoices that were worth almost 100 million Euros. We are happy to announced that this was not a one time thing and SuperFaktura's user base is still growing. Our mission remains the same - provide entrepreneurs and small business with a simple convenient system that increases their productivity and profitability. All the time that SuperFaktura helps to save can be invested back into business, hobbies or spend with family.
